ABOUT KELLY


Former corporate executive turned Empowerment and Mindset Coach. Kelly is a thought leader on conscious life creation for high-achievers. She is an alumnus of Vanderbilt University and was named 40 under 40 executives to watch by the San Francisco Business Journal. Amid success at work and having a husband and 2 young kids, Kelly had a nagging sense that there’s more to life and an inner longing for more. She discovered and fell in love with meditation, healed herself from an autoimmune disease in the process, and made the big leap to begin a new career in her 40s! 

 

Kelly is the Founder of Anchor Meditation. In 2018, she opened a meditation studio in San Francisco. During the pandemic, she began coaching people privately since the studio was closed, and realized her passion for connecting with and supporting people 1:1. 

 

In 2022 she decided to close the studio, and now coaches people to step beyond past limitations, have full authenticity and true inner confidence, and truly heal and thrive on every level! Kelly is a certified meditation teacher (Lifestyle Meditation), breathwork facilitator (Revelation Breathwork), and reiki healer (Kelsey J Patel). Kelly is a student of The Way of Mastery (Shanti Christo Foundation) and A Course in Miracles (Foundation for Inner Peace).

 

Kelly is spiritually curious and enjoys studying ancient wisdom, world religions, philosophy, psychology, nervous system regulation, herbalism, and science - epigenetics, neuroplasticity, and energetics. 

 

Kelly is a liberator who is on a mission to guide others on a journey of empowerment and freedom, and support others in coming back to their center during difficult times in life. She truly loves to empower you to be in the driver's seat of your life to create a life full of experiences and relationships that align with your authenticity. She has inspired thousands of clients to step into their greatness and truly live the healthy, harmonious, love-filled, and fulfilling life they desire. When she's not creating content or spending quality time with her family, she can often be found enjoying nature.
