This past year has been filled with high levels of stress and uncertainty, and while there is a light at the end of the tunnel, many of us have experienced and continue to experience waves of anxiety, fatigue, and overwhelm. In order to help you overcome these waves and provide you with practical tools, we have created a 10-week meditation course that focuses on the theme of self-care.
This course offers a safe space to take time for yourself, turn inward, and move away from the chaos and distractions of the outside world. By prioritizing meditation and self-care, you will turn anxiety into calm and burnout into peace.
Over the 10 weeks, you will safely come together in community and learn the importance, value, and benefits of prioritizing self-care. During this time, you will start to notice a shift in your energy as you learn to value yourself more, accept yourself more, and trust yourself more.
