Liz Andolong and Erin Carney are thrilled to offer you a reprieve from the holiday madness on the winter solstice for an afternoon of yoga nidra, reiki and a chance for you to pause and take a moment to fill yourself back up as the sun reaches its still point.
A practice curated to help you wind down, take up space, and feel more you. The goal is to bolster holistic wellness: physical, mental, physical. Yoga Nidra is the practice of conscious relaxation - also called "enlightened sleep." Reiki is the gentle energetic healing practice of receiving energy to help promote the similar healing response for the entire body.
Gift yourself, your friend or anyone in need of a moment the gift of inner space.

Erin is devoted to illumination. What is it that sparks us awake? How do we expand both our boundaries and our interior edges? Her work revolves around cultivating a deeper intimacy within ourselves that reverberates back out into our connection with nature, with our families, our partners, and our communities. Steadfast with the human heart, Erin calls on your truth, and listens for your answer. Using movement, breath, space, sound and silence, Erin delivers you home. Her pre-professional training in ballet and her curiosity of the human cosmos blend discipline and whimsy in the pursuit of awakening and living our fullest life.
Erin graduated from Concordia University in Montreal with a degree in political philosophy and has completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, is a certified Reiki 2 practitioner and a holistic health coach. She has most recently been studying and integrating breath work and yoga nidra into her teachings. As a world traveler and lifelong student, Erin seeks ways to understand the classic texts and cutting-edge material to integrate and offer. She has led numerous workshops, co-facilitated teacher trainings, and led international yoga retreats, all with the aim of reestablishing a deeper connection within ourselves, facilitating our capacity to heal, to expand into ourselves, and to be of more service in the world. Erin is passionate about the potency of healing and aims to offer a portal into your own world of self-discovery.

Liz Andolong (RYT200, CRMT) discovered yoga in a small studio in 2006 amongst candlelight and sweat, leaving her mind peaceful and body challenged; thus beginning a 12 plus year love affair with yoga. Over the years, the practice has been the constant in her personal growth and journey, allowing her to cultivate a more authentic self that is grounded, joyful, and open.
Through the years, she’s explored many different styles of yoga, moving from a physical, vigorous vinyasa to a more deliberate and curative flow. Her background as a classically trained ballerina, coupled with honoring her body’s ever-changing journey, has cultivated a practice which is primarily breath and alignment-based. The last few years led Liz from yoga into discovering reiki - another healing modality she incorporates into her classes, helping students receive more ways to promote their own wellness and wellbeing.
She believes in creating a space for her students that makes yoga accessible to all: supporting and encouraging their own self discovery, healing, integrity, and self love. In honoring the lineage of her teachers (Pete Guinosso, Rebecca Rogers, Martin Scott, Jason Crandell) and honoring her own style, she incorporates curated playlists alongside proper alignment and deep breath work to help deepen students’ – beginner or advanced – experience.
She is grateful to offer a space that allows students to connect more deeply to themselves, to practice listening inwardly, with hopes that their understanding of self will connect them more authentically with others and the world.
