Mike Halsall

Mike has been practicing meditation for 16 years. By combining a passion for neuroscience and how our brains work with having taught many beginners' meditation classes, he provides a unique approach to guide both beginners and regular practitioners through an approachable and gentle understanding of some of the most common challenges meditators experience. Mike practiced teaching meditation in Myanmar as a Buddhist monk, and was formerly at MIT as an engineer and lecturer.
