Kay Ellis

Kay was introduced to Buddhism at the age of five years old and after experiencing the benefits has continued her daily practice ever since. Growing up with mindfulness as part of her daily life, Kay began holding space for healing with friends, family and clients alike in her twenties. Kay naturally has a calm and welcoming energy which provides comfort and supports others in healing through self-discovery and self-reflection. In addition to leading both Breathwork and guided meditation Kay is a 700hr certified yoga instructor. Today Kay travels globally leading Yoga and Breathwork Meditation retreats. Kay has completed her Breathwork training under David Elliot and in also continuing her Breath/Pranayama training with Luke Ketterhagen of the Himalayan Institute. (Kay’s website: ohkayyoga.com)
