Session Two - Mindfulness & Awareness

  • • 20 min guided mindfulness meditation session - includes focus on breathing and a body-scan meditation

  • 10 min Q+A - includes takeaway practices individuals can do to practice in daily life.

Session 3 - Self Compassion

  • 10 Minute Intro - What is Self Compassion, and why would someone practice it?

  • 20 min guided self compassion session - Self Compassion + Loving Kindness Meditation

  • 10 min Q+A - includes takeaway practices individuals can do to practice in daily life.

Session 4 - Self Compassion

  • 10 min check-in from previous session

  • •20 min guided self compassion meditation session - includes Noting Your Emotions - Soften, Soothe, Allow

  • 10 min Q+A - includes takeaway practices individuals can do to practice in daily life.

Session 5 - Focus and Productivity

  • 10 min check in - check-in from previous session

  • 20 min session - fully guided session that emphasises techniques for focusing and quieting the mind

  • 10 min Q&A and includes takeaway exercises individuals can do to practice in daily life

Session 6 - Recap and Closing

  • 10 min check in - check-in from previous session

  • 20 min guided session - (combination of previous trainings)

  • 10 min Q&A, and includes takeaway exercises, a customized handout that includes book recommendations and numerous articles to support ongoing practice.

  • 20 min guided session (partial mindfulness session + partial vedic/chakra/visualization/manifestation and will depend on teacher selected)

wellness class pass: 5 or 10 class cards
