Christa's meditation style comes out of a long lineage of practices. She first got her feet wet 25 years ago with shamanism recognizing "the earth is our alter and everything is sacred". This lead Christa to teaching yoga where she embodied her breath and her spirit. Seeing her mind as an interfering factor to her freedom Christa embraced 8 years of Vipassana Meditation and began a profound journey into the energy body. Out of this practice sprung her desire to purify the body and the kundalini practice took hold. Christa's meditation classes include clearing your energy field, releasing pent up and/or restless energy through mild movement , enchanting spirit through sacred mantra and then dropping sweetly into a deep peaceful place within.
