The power of the breath.

"When you own your breath, no one can steal your peace."

Our breath is one of the most powerful healing tools that we have access to has human beings. By changing our breathing patterns, we can calm our minds and restore balance in our bodies.

I know what you might be thinking: I breathe every single moment and I've never noticed a difference! But, when you use the right techniques you can release stuck emotions and feelings. Breathwork healing can even improve our sleep and increase our productivity.

Because, every time we gasp or hold our breathe, our subconscious mind holds on to that moment. It's sticks with us until we allow ourselves to let it go. 

As you know, for the month of June our theme at Anchor was to release and let go. So, we are so excited to be holding our first Breathwork class this Friday with Kay Ellis, a renowned teacher and healer. She will be teaching a 4-week course this July - check out the video below for more information.
