Meditating For Busy People

"You should sit in meditation for 20-minutes each day, unless you're too busy; then you should sit for an hour."

This month at Anchor we are all about reconnecting with your true self - no matter how much time you have to meditate.

In my view, it's important just to show up. To give yourself that valuable time to just...be.

Oftentimes, when we're busy our personal self-care rituals fall to the bottom of the list. It seems like our schedules always fill up with time to give to other people - besides ourselves.

So, think of Anchor as your sanctuary to unplug, slow down, and reconnect- no matter how long you can stay. It's our mission to take age-old wisdom, and turn them into something all of us busy people can relate to.

Here's to a week filled with self-care and time to just...be. Even if it's only 5-minutes per day.
